The system is an iPad app-based, using an Apple iPad/iPad Mini. Businesses can buy a subscription to manage their back office, add new roles, manage reports, and can manage complete business administration, whereas managers can manage items, categories, orders, waiters, accountants.
The app is suitable for different types of businesses, including but not excluded to; retail, services, restaurants and Cafes.
1. We did POS-app that can be used with Apple iPad.
2. Developed web-based back-end systems for Admin, Owners and managers for POS-app.
3. Integration of cash drawer hardware with POS-app.
4. Integration of accountant software E-conomic, to manage complete accounting.
Functionalities we did and integration with hardware:
• Cash drawer:
o Have a function for opening. can open automatically when sale is completed.
• Receipt printer:
o Receipt can be printed when requested from POS-system. It also make possible to choose between having a printed receipt and sent by e-mail.
• Barcode scanner:
o Can be used for registering sales using pre-registered barcode.
o Adding barcodes from new products to register and stock.
o Periodically stock-taking for financial reporting.
• Credit card reader:
o Receiving payments, communicate with POS-system. by bluetooth. Hardware for credit card reader was also integrated.
